The area of responsibility includes in particular: ​

  • Submission of building applications and preliminary building enquiries

  • Coordination of those involved in planning and construction

  • Coordination with clients and authorities

  • Preparation of calculations and descriptions

Requirements:

  • Prior professional experience and competence in permit planning

  • Confident demeanor and excels in team environments

  • Experience dealing with clients and authorities

  • Strong command of German Language, basic English

  • Commitment and enthusiasm for responsibilities
