Architect (m/f/d) for approval planning

The area of responsibility includes in particular:

• Submission of building applications and preliminary building enquiries

• Coordination of those involved in planning and construction

• Coordination with clients and authorities

• Preparation of calculations and descriptions

Requirements:

• initial professional experience and good knowledge of permit planning

• confident demeanor and ability to work in a team

• Routine in dealing with clients and authorities

• Good knowledge of spoken and written German, basic knowledge of English

• Commitment and enthusiasm for the tasks
